Research interests

Scientific interests: history of Ukrainian philosophical thought of the 20th century, moral-ethical and ethical-applied problems of the present, the phenomenon of modern Ukrainian culture, features and specifics of Ukrainian culture at the beginning of the 21st century, Ukrainian visual culture and current art, philosophical and aesthetic dimensions of Ukrainian visual art.

Biography

Culturologist, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of Culture, Faculty of Philosophy, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
Graduated from the Faculty of History of Ivan Franko Lviv State University (1995), specializing in the Department of History and Theory of Culture, and received a diploma with honours.
In 1995-1999, she studied a postgraduate course at the Department of Theory and History of Culture of the Faculty of Philosophy of the Ivan Franko University of Lviv. In 2001, she defended her dissertation “Ideas of Christian Humanism in Ukrainian Religious Philosophy of the First Half of the 20th Century”, and submitted for the degree of Candidate of Philosophical Sciences in the specialty 09.00.05 – History of Philosophy.
From 2000 to 2004, she was an assistant at the Department of Theory and History of Culture. From 2004 to the present, she is an associate professor in the same department. In 2008, she was awarded the academic title of associate professor of the Department of Theory and History of Culture.
In October 2014, she completed an internship at the Department of Social Philosophy and Philosophy of Culture of the Institute of Philosophy of Rzeszów University (Uniwersytet Rzeszowski).
From 2003 to 2007, she performed the duties of the secretary of the academic council of the Faculty of Philosophy of the Ivan Franko University of Lviv.
Since January 2016, she has been acting as the academic secretary of the specialized academic council D 35.051.02 at the Ivan Franko University of Lviv.
