Course description

The term paper is a normative independent scientific research within the course “International Relations” in the specialty 052 “Political Science” for the educational program of the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education. The term paper is completed in the VI semester.The course consists of 3 credits (according to the European Credit Transfer System, ECTS).The preparation, writing and defense of the term paper is intended to help students with the assimilation of various theoretical and factual material, the ability to use it, teach them to work with scientific methodology and contribute to the formation of methodological skills of independent research, prepare them to write a bachelor’s thesis.

The course work is carried out with the aim of consolidating, deepening and generalizing the knowledge gained by students in the International Relations course and applying it to the complex solution of a specific professional task.
